Beside the river, next to the Orchard Tea Rooms, Room by the River is the perfect venue to hold your summer event. From a product launch or company summer party to a black tie charity dinner or corporate family day, Room by the River will provide a memorable event in an exclusive, world renowned setting.
The traditional style marquee - with its hand-made Indian roof lining twinkling with thousands of embroidered mirrors - is fully carpeted and has stunning atmospheric lighting alongside an in-house sound system and dance floor. The outside private garden area overlooks the river, where chauffeured punts are available for a glide along the river.
Capacity Room by the River is available for lunches and dinners from 100 – 250, parties and receptions from 150 – 300 and family fun days/BBQs from 200 - 800
Room by the River is available to hire between May and September 2009. This is a unique temporary venue which has the flexibility to match your specific requirements.
